5000 years of Chinese history shows the power of human rights

Posted on at

Many Western countries like to pinpoint the so-called bad records of human rights issue in China.

Perhaps they are not too familiar with the 5000 years of Chinese history or they just want to criticize China for being a superpower in the world.

The history tells us that Chinese abolished slavery thousands of years ago.  That was a good start to human rights.

The second thing is that every revolution started from the farmers.

Every change of dynasty was due to the farmers.  When humble and poor people had the power of the heavens to overthrow bad rulers, that is the ultimate human rights.

The situation is not much different today.

The Chinese government fears the power of the people, especially the farmers.  They know from the long history of the country that farmers, as a collective group, have the power to bring about a political change.

When the sword of Chinese justice is handled properly, it is swift and cut right to the root of corruption.

The problem is that decades of communism have created the greed among all social classes, and that is something that is easily eradicated.
