One of the most introvert films of the industry is the film named A Wednesday. The sequence of the film actually revolves around the revenge of a common man who luckily survived from a bomb blast. The film starts with the story of an antagonist being a computer genius plants a bomb in a police station. Later in the day he declares the news that a bomb has been planted on a particular location. However, the police did succeed to diffuse the RDX but fail to detect who planted the bomb. Taking the advantage of this, he threatened the police to gather four terrorists in their custody. The result of not doing so will end up in bombing Mumbai. The police however fail to go against him and finally gathers four terrorists who were involved in blasting a train within the city. Later when they were gathered, three of them were blasted by the antagonist himself. The police got totally shocked and finally when they ask the antagonist, they were revealed with the answer. The answer came in with the suggestions that the antagonist was a common man. The failure of the police made him to take the revenge. He taught every one a lesson that if the common men do not repulse for the terrorism, terrorists will treat themselves to be the king. The film was excellently played by Naseeruddin Shah with the role of playing an antagonist and Anupam Kher being the Commissioner of Police. The film grossed an amount of 12 Crore through the domestic gross.
