Bethlehem Tilahun is a great  creative and enterprenuer woman who is now  the owner of Rebel footwear found in Addis Ababa,Ethiopia.I want to say something about her innovative creativity in this short article.

• Bethlehem Belay was born in Zenebework,Addis Ababa,Ethiopia.
• Her family were poor but her mom and dad never stopped to change their lives.
• At first,She has trained as an accountant.
• After the  completion of the education,she joined into shoe-making business.
• With small balance,she  has started manufacturing  the most elegant sandals and other shoe types using rubber tires and unwanted/rubbish materials.
• With the latest designs,she leads her company by the new style of shoe manufacturing systems.
• Now,she hired 75 full time employees including 200 local raw suppliers.
• She aims to get up to $2million by exporting to different continents of the world.
• Won the 2011 African awards for Entrepreneurship and 2011 best young global leader.
• Her company is registered as the first fair trade green footwear of all times.
