BLOG #156: Giving Back (Everyone Matters)

The name of the charity says it all. Two words that really means a lot. We are all created by God and in His eyes we are all the same. Why do we have to look down upon others? Why do we have to treat others differently just because we think they are different from us? Take away your pride and replace it with love. Take away your hate and replace it with tolerance. Take away your indifference and replace it with kindness.

Everyone Matters is a global campaign and movement that says that EVERYONE has the right to be who they are, without judgment, ridicule, attack or censure. We advocate acceptance of others, and ourselves, as we all are, and the freedom to be.

Today, April 2, is "Everyone Matters Day." Celebrate your individuality. Celebrate your right. Celebrate your freedom. Celebrate YOU.

Love yourself more and believe in yourself more. Have faith and confidence in yourself. You can be the best you can be if you put yourself in God's hands. Be willing to be changed by Him. Let Him work in you. Don't belittle yourself. You are important. You matter. Chin up. Don't let others bring you down.
