Chicken Punjabi Masala Handi

Ingredients:

Oil 1 Cup
Onions (Thinly Sliced) 2 No’s
Ginger Garlic Paste ¼ Cup
Tomatoes (Cubes Cutting) 1 Cup 
Red Chili Powder 1 Tbsp/Tsp
Red Crushed Chilies ½ Tbsp
Turmeric Powder ¼ Tsp
Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp
Salt ¼ Tsp
Chicken Boneless (Cubes Cutting) 1 Kg
Yogurt ½ Cup
Gram Masala Whole 1 Tbsp
Gram Masala Powder ¼ Tsp
Bay Leaves 3 To 4 Leaves
Garnishing:
Green Chilies
Fresh Coriander
Ginger

Instructions:

First take a stock pot. Heat the oil then add the onions and wait till it starts turn light brown. Then add some tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Pour down some water also. Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, black pepper and red crushed chilies. Now covered the lid of a stock pot for a few minutes. Then add some yogurt, bay leaves and salt to taste. Now grind the gravy solution in a blender machine. Again take a clean stock pot. Add chicken boneless seasoning with little bit turmeric powder and black pepper. After all this pour down the grind gravy solution in the stock pot. Cover and cook on low heat until the chicken is well done. Lastly add the gram masala powder. When starts leaving the sides ofhandi, garnish it with green coriander, green chilies and ginger.

Cook Time: 35 Minutes.
Serve Hot.
