According to Oxford Advanced learner's dictionary communication means "To exchange information, news, ideas with some body"

                                                                      

The word exchange means to have good relation ship because of shared interest of people so that communication is also called highway to blued human relation ship.

Communication has two types,
(1) Internal communication
(2) external communication
Internal communication take place inside the organization.
External communication take place out side the organization.
