Pakistan is my beloved country which consists now of 13 million people as calculated in 2016. Pakistan came into being in 1947 while before it was a part of the subcontinent. As per books and saying of our elders, in the same country two different populations were living which were Muslims and Hindus. It was difficult for both of them to live and worship with each other. So our great leaders like Allama Iqbal and Quid e Azam played an important role and they asked Muslims and government to get a separate country.
With the help of Allah we got the separate country and became a nation on 14th August 1947.
Dear friends, we are Muslims and our living style and worship are different from other nations. So it was compulsory for us to have a separate country where we can worship without interruption.

Education in Punjab:

Punjabi people believe that education is very important and there is no other way of making progress without education so that they send their children to schools usually in the age of 4 years. Our children are also very intelligent and hard working in studies. We believe that education is the only way with which we can take down our enemies. Major universities are located in Punjab and in Lahore. Punjab University, Rawalpindi board of intermediate and secondary education is very important names of major institutes.

Language:

Punjab basically speaks Punjabi in the whole province but as we know Urdu is our national language so in the institutes and universities it is spoken mostly. Urdu is also spoken in the cities of all provinces. We can also speak English but it is mostly used in major institutes, government offices and at the higher level of educational universities.

Dressing:

Punjab is also on number one in dressing in the whole Pakistan. We have cultural dress shalwar kameez but no in schools and universities, we wear the pants shirt. Our basic dress is shalwar kameez and it is liked in the whole province. We make shalwar kameez at home or usually, it is made by tailors. Women wear shalwar kameez with some embroidery. Our dress is simple and comfortable.

Foods:

Our foods are not only popular here but also in other provinces. We usually eat wheat and vegetables. Chicken is mostly cooked here and many dishes are cooked with it. We also eat rice and fast foods. We make different types of delicious dishes especially on occasions of Eid.
Our foods are cooked very carefully and we believe that foods are the best thing to attract the guests. We serve special dishes to our beloved guests.
