DIET FOR WEIGHT LOSS

Weight has become a real problem now a days. Increased weight is also causing many heart diseases, obesity, high blood pressure etc. and its has become very important to lose weight.

To lose weight Dansinger recommends eating a diet that minimizes starches, added sugars, and animal fat from meat and dairy foods. For rapid weight loss he recommends focusing on fruits, veggies, egg whites, soy products, skinless poultry breasts, fish, shellfish, nonfat dairy foods, and 95% lean meat.

A diet plan for weight loss is 

1.Eat vegetables as much as you can to help you feel full.
2.Have a walk in morning and evening.
3.No eating in evening.
4.Drink plenty of water to flush extra toxins.
5.Avoid sugary drinks and fruit juice.
 6.Eat soluble fiber.
7.Drink coffee or tea.
8.Get tempting foods out of your home.
9.Try stay busy -- you don't want to eat just because you're bored.
10.Eat only from a plate, while seated at a table. No grazing in front of the fridge.
11.Eat a high-protein breakfast and drink hot water with lemon.
12.Have a good lunch and have a light dinner.
