We have known them as Internet bot, web robot or bot. Bots are a special program to respond the messages. It is designed for special service. For example, for shopping a shopping bot available their, for advice an Advisory bot etc. On the same chatting platform, you can fulfill your needs by helping of bots. We can get information about different things and give orders by the help of bots.
In the technology world, it is seen as the major change of software level. It is believed that it has begun a new relation between man and machine. Right now the situation is that we have to behave like a computer for work on the computer. As examples, for a particular work we have to press a particular button and we have to write something special for go to special place. Bots that can transform into this thing. With the help of a computer, bots can cause the strength to behave like humans. Bots can talk with humans and understand their minds matters and it can present the solution. by such these things bots are trying to become the new relationship between human and computers.

bots are made as same as website and apps are made. Any software programmers design them according to himself or the customer need. Making bots is hard work and technical information is needed but some companies have created such a platform, on which bots can be built according to the required coding. Facebook, Kik, Slack and Gupshup such as many companies are providing a platform to making bots. The platform layout is a set of software coding. According to needs of the programmer, can change or customize according to need and can take in use.

Nowadays people who work on computers and if they want to reach to their need, they take help of websites and apps. Chat and messaging apps such as WeChat,WhatsApp, Kik, Slack etc. are connecting people faster through the social messaging service. A person who on the chat and want to know anything or want to buy, then he has to open the website or app again and again, hence it becomes a big challenge to the company for solve the problems of users. The conversation will take a time to make the human process. Now the bots could provide subscription content like weather and traffic updates. Also can customized communication. For example, if anyone want the receipt, shipping notifications, and live automatic message then the bot could provide them. Nowadays customers receiving updates via SMS or email from brands, although it is one-way communication or like an alert. Facebook wants to change it. It wants to give a chance to users for actively communicate with brands. Brands can use messenger for connecting with customers in less money. These bots do not work on Artificial Intelligence, rather its programming is according to the situation for better response, and it can be re-program based on users reaction.

After the coming of the bot, all the work will be done on the single messaging screen. By the help of bots, we will not have to download the app and no need to open frequent internet for a service.

Actually, bots are not fully perfect. It also has limitations. Developers are trying to remove them.
♦ Many times bots can not give the right answer to your question and nor understand the question. In such times, you may feel considerable annoyance.
♦ English is still the same chat facility. According to your need, the second language is not prepared for the bots.
♦ bots will take a time to achieve capabilities to answer the next question by understood itself.
♦ Sometimes bot presents different content on the chat.
♦ This parameter is not yet that which bot is so dependable. It will be decided on the basis of people's experience.
♦ Now that is the mess to activate bot on chat. People will take the time to understand.
