The documentary 'Girl Model' from the filmmakers Ashley Sabin and David Redmon have a Kickstarter campaign in effect through August 15th 2012. I congratulate them on reaching their stated goal of $12,000. The funds will go towards; Organize and book a National educational screening series (Colleges, Universities, High Schools, and Non-profits organizations), Travel to screenings, Promotional materials (poster, postcards), Develop DVD extra Educational & Online guides, Manage content on social media/grassroots marketing.

I watched 'Girl Model' months ago here at an industry screening and was disturbed by the reality the documentary serves up. I feel it's a movie every aspiring and current model should view as well as those on the business side of the industry, especially media. I've committed funds to the project and use our platform to promote their trailer to the Film Annex audience in Ashley's WebTV.
