BEST OF JOY

The best way to pay for a lovely moment is to enjoy it.It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy, that makes happiness. There is only one happiness in this life, to love and be loved.Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.Be happy for this moment. This moment is your life.
I am determined to be cheerful and happy in whatever situation I may find myself. For I have learned that the greater part of our misery or unhappiness is determined not by our circumstance but by our disposition.True happiness is... to enjoy the present, without anxious dependence upon the future.
Be happy with what you have and are, be generous with both, and you won't have to hunt for happiness.
Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.
Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude.Happiness depends upon ourselves.

If you want to be happy, be.

Happiness often sneaks in through a door you didn't know you left open.Happiness can exist only in acceptance. The moments of happiness we enjoy take us by surprise. It is not that we seize them, but that they seize us.I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Achievement of your happiness is the only moral purpose of your life, and that happiness, not pain or mindless self-indulgence, is the proof of your moral integrity, since it is the proof and the result of your loyalty to the achievement of your values.

Happiness is not a matter of intensity but of balance, order, rhythm and harmony.Every gift from a friend is a wish for your happiness.Try to make at least one person happy every day. If you cannot do a kind deed, speak a kind word. If you cannot speak a kind word, think a kind thought. Count up, if you can, the treasure of happiness that you would dispense in a week, in a year, in a lifetime! .. Most folks are as happy as they make up their minds to be.
