On 10 December 2016, a freight train derailed, exploded and caught fire in the village of Hitrino in Shumen Province, Bulgaria, killing at least seven people, injuring 29 others and leave a lot of people without their homes.
Unfortunately charity campaign was robbed by our corrupt government and institutions by taxing all of donations.
