How to cook tokwat baboy

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 kilo pork (cut into cubes)
  • 5 pieces tofu cut into cubes
  • 2 garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup vinegar(suka)
  • 1 cup soy sauce(toyo)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 2 Large onions (diced)
  • 1 pc finger chili, diagonally cut

Procedure:

 

  • In a large pot, boil pork in just enough water with salt, let simmer until pork is tender.

  • Set aside pork after cooked

  • Fry tokwa(tofu)  in hot oil until toasted and slice into cubes

  • In a saucepot, mix soysouce, vinegar, salt, garlic, finger chili and onions and heat for just a few minutes.

  • Put the mixture into the tokwa

  • Serve hot. :)
