How to lose weight fast
If you burn 500 more calories than you eat each day for a week, should lose about 1-2 pounds.
If you want to lose weight quickly, you need to eat less and exercise more.
For example, if you take in 1050 to 1200 calories a day and exercise for one hour a day, you can lose 3-5 kg in the first week or more if you weigh more than 250 pounds. It is very important not to further cut calories - it is dangerous.
Reducing salt and starch may also be greater weight loss at the beginning - are mainly liquids but not fat.
"When you reduce sodium and cut starches, reduce fluids and fluid retention, which can result in up to 5 pounds of fluid loss when you start," says Michael Dansinger, MD, of NBC's The Biggest Loser show.
Diet for Fast Weight Loss
Dansinger recommends a diet that minimizes starches, added sugars, and animal fat from meat and dairy products. For rapid weight loss, it is recommended to focus on fruits, vegetables, egg whites, soy products, skinless poultry breasts, fish, shellfish, nonfat dairy foods and 95% lean meat.
