Journey To My First Payment

First .05 Bitcoin Payment Received
19 February 2015

Before I received my first payment here in bitLanders, I went first from a very long journey since they, the bitLanders Team, needed two identification documents. At first, I thought that they just needed one ID. I didn’t thoroughly read their e-mail but I know, as what's in the FAQS page stated, that they require the members here to submit an ID before they deliver one’s requested payment.

So that’s what I did. I submitted my student ID because that’s the only valid ID that I have. But upon visiting our foreign friend, Abdul-weenab (special mention), his one MB caught my attention. So I re-read their e-mail and yes, I did really missed the very evident part—the one written in blued and bold format! The heck?!

So, I then tried my luck and submitted a photo of my expired passport. I should have renewed it last vacation as my mother plagued me with it throughout vacation. But as much as I want to renew it, my laziness (my seventh heaven) is my mother’s pain in the ass! ☺

Then I received another e-mail from bitLanders:

The truth is, I wasn’t really bothered if I will receive my payment. I was more concerned if I can still redeem it once they denied my payment request because I was going to use that to buy gems and that red balloon! Fortunately, the bitLanders“accounting team” approved the 2 IDs that I submitted thus receiving my first payment here.

Thanks everyone! You are all part, every bits and pieces, of my accomplishments here!
