today a factory collapsed in lahore industrial area (Sundar industrial state) causing many life to end and dozens of injured.

factory owner himself is under the collapsed building and most probably dead too. but the question is that why it happened ?

it is believed that building was badly damaged in recent earthquake but even then there ware no safety measures adopted. 

it is another proof of shameless govt.
