Lose Weight With Daikon Soup

Daikon is a root vegetable which is a white radish that is commonly eaten in China and Japan.

Daikon is enriched with fat fighting nutrients that destroy fat cells and also remove toxins from the body.

Drinking a bowl of soup daily made with 300 grams daikon is a good way to lose weight. 

Here's the recipe for a simple Daikon soup.

Ingredients:

  • 300 grams grated daikon
  • 1/2 cube vegetable bouillion
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 inch piece lemon grass

Method:

Place all the ingredients in a pan and heat through for a minute on medium high heat. Transfer to a bowl and drink while still warm.
