Microsoft Office 2010 was finally launched in full version by Microsoft after running beta version for so long it almost felt a minor shift to the software all the things were already knew so nothing new there yet still feature needs to be elaborated.
After around a million feed back reports from individuals MS has changed Outlook and OneNote drastically. MS launched four separate versions of the product Home and student versions just include Word, Excel, Powerpoint and OneNote while, professional version have added software like Outlook, Access and Publisher.
MS Office 2010 allows you to work on 64 bit compatibility that allows users to use more then just 2 GB of RAM and work more freely. Interface has also been enhanced significantly in the new version over 2007 especially the ribbon function that now you can hide by using your keyboard. MS now realized the importance of keyboard shortcuts for the users and has added several new shortcuts for several new functions that let users use MS office from keyborad most of the time.
In office 10 MS has introduced Backstage view that has all the standard menu functions and print preview options and this new function makes you wonder why it took developers so long to add this feature to the office and was not part of the Office 2007.
