history

Pakistan is an Islamic republic born on the holiest night (27th Ramzan) of holy month of Ramzan in August 1947. The idea that lead to creation of Pakistan was 2 nation theory that states that Hindus who were in majority in sub-continent and Muslims minority but ruled Sub Continent for about 800 years are two separate nations and after departure of British rulers from India Muslims cannot live in a Hindu dominated country. Although today Pakistan is much different from what it was supposed to be by its founder’s desires. Pakistan was supposed to be an Islamic republic with government ruling under Islamic law and become a role model for all other nations of the world in commerce, education, progress, justice and all other departments of a state. On the birth of this new nation neither implementing Islamic laws in government was so easy nor difficulties were gone away after getting independence. A struggle of survival started. Pakistan faced very serious issue after its birth such as issue of about 12 million migrants, boundary issues with India (Kashmir and Punjab boundaries) and Afghanistan and   and shortage of resources and funds to run a government but Thanks God Pakistan survived and progressed very fast in first decade of its creation.
