PHASES OF WATER

WATER:-

What is water?

Water is the universal solvent in which all the solutes can be dissolved.

Water has three phases with respect to the temperature namely solid or ice, liquid or water, vapor or steam.

When we come across the chemistry of water we can tell that it is the combination of hydrogen and oxygen (H20).

Water is mainly being used for many purposes like household appliances, industries, factories, etc.

When we come to the discrimination of water on the basis of temperature:-

a)      ICE OR SOLID WATER

b)      WATER OR LIQUID

c)       VAPOR OR STEAM

ICE OR SOLID WATER is that part of water phase where the water is in freezing conditions and its temperature is below zero.

WATER OR LIQUID is that part of water system normally obtained at the normal conditions of the temperature.

VAPOR OR STEAM is that part of water where the water is at higher temperatures like 100 or above.

Water is being used as household appliances for washing, bathing, cleaning, etc.

In industries for the production of cool drinks, paints, emulsions, hot drinks, etc.

In factories of the mechanically productions water is used to cool the product under high temperatures due to friction.

Water is main essential element of all living creatures and mainly for drinking.

By seeing the above results one can tell that the life cannot exist without water.
