The Philippine Festival was started by Japan’s Filipino community to help promote the country’s culture as well as foster friendship between the two nations. Now in its fourth year, the event has been expanding in terms of the number of its booths and visitors.

This year’s theme is “Fiesta, Masaya, Iko!” (Fiesta, Fun, Lets Go!) and the festival encourages guests to visit the Philippines by introducing its authentic food, crafts and music.

We went yesterday in the festival in Yoyogi Park .. I'm so happy because i saw Manny Pacquiao , Marvin Agustin , Rey Valera and Jolina Magdangal as special guest.
