Repercussions of WAR and POLITICS

AFTER 9/11 a new politics emerged with a tremendous loss of lives. Around 2606 people died in twin attacks. US without informing UN security council attacked terrorists in Afghanistan while violating the article 2(4) of the UN which clearly states that:

Article 2(4):

All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.

 No state can attack on the sovereignity of the state without clearly understanding the situation and nature of the received attack. Studying 9/11 attack it is very clear that such attack was just a terrorist attack against US not a war. But since, US wanted to enter Afghanistan and this might be a kind of opinion that US used this attack as an opportunity. 

After 9/11 how many people had lost their lives during US attack on Afghan ground is big question mark. Repurcussions of that attacked opened paths for US to enter Afghanistan.

During the war in Afghanistan (2001–present), over 31,000 civilian deaths due to war-related violence have been documented; 29,900 civilians have been wounded. Over 111,000 Afghans, including civilians, soldiers and militants, are estimated to have been killed in the conflict. The Cost of War project estimated that the number who have died through indirect causes related to the war may be as high 360,000 additional people based on a ratio of indirect to direct deaths in contemporary conflicts. These numbers do not include those who have died in Pakistan.

War is not the solution to every problem. It only creates chaos among the states and destroys the peace of nations. Lets shake hands for a better change and spread peace among the nations through a slogan:
