Spanish painter, surrealist representative. known for much more than its famous and unusual pictures, his imagination get out of his paintings, always looking out of the pre-establish, was a friend of the subconscious. He presented to his exhibitions or conferences with outfits who stole the attention for its lack of consistency. Judged crazy was expelled from the Surrealist movement and even thought that was performed an exorcism. He mentioned on occasion, "The only difference between a madman and me is that I'm not crazy"

After the death of his wife attempted suicide on several occasions. But death took him while he listened his favorite album (Tristan und Isolde by Richard Wagner) because of a heart attack on January 23, 1989.
