Stain, when you attack stains with ordinary household staples, you transform yourself into stable mad scientist. With the right formula you can remove almost any kind of stain from clothing, and there's no reason not to experiment with ingredients that " do not harm" in alphabetical order, baking soda, corn starch, flour, lemon juice, liquid detergent, a raw potato, shampoo, and white vinegar. Follow strain treatment with a regular wash.

Coffee stain solution, soak the stain in a 1 quart solution of water, 1 tablespoon white vinegar, and 1 teaspoon of laundry detergent.

Blood as quickly as possible, soak a bloodstained item of clothing in a pot of cold salt water. After 3 to 4 hours rub the stain with liquid detergent.
