I spent a few days this week in Manchester city centre posting up positive message and encouraging people to spread them!

This is part of a film I am making at the moment, hoping to inspire people!

It's an amazing feeling when people walk up to the posts and take a photo or take one of the hearts! So I hope I can get that across on screen.
