2: Avoid sugars and starches:

This is the most important thing to do if you want to lose weight very fast. Remove sugars and starches from your diet immediately. These are the foods that stimulate secretion of insulin. If you do not know about insulin, it is the main fat storage hormone in our body. When you will stop the intake of sugar, your kidneys will work better and will shed excess sodium and water out of your body which reduces bloat.

3: Eat vegetable and Protein.

Start the usage of vegetables in your diet instantly. There are many low carb vegetables Broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, kale, Brussels sprout, cabbage, lettuce and cucumber etc. Don’t afraid to load your plate with these vegetables but you can also add meat not in excessive amount but sure you can eat it too. A diet based on meat and vegetables contain all the fiber, vitamins and minerals you need to be healthy.

4: DRINK WATER:

Study shows that drinking water before meals helps to reduce weight as it can boost metabolism. If you are coffee or tea drinker, drink as much as you can.

5: SLEEP LIKE A BABY:

Poor sleep is also the main factor of gaining weight. It also increases the risk of obesity. Always try to sleep 7 to 8 hours daily.
