Stress is when we feel that everything is become too much we are overloaded and wonder if we can really cope with the pressures upon us.Thus we succumb to depression and anxiety and sometimes has detrimental effects physically and mentally. Here are some things that we can do to lessen the bad effects of stress to us.

Drink a cup of tea or coffee, caffeine is a stimulant that helps improve mental alertness and relax our mind it will lessen the stress level of a person but make sure not to take to much because it can stimulate the nervous system and may lead to high blood pressure, nervous breakdown and deprive of sleep.

Eat your favorite food, your stress level will definitely change to happy mode. when you indulge to something you really like to eat for example chocolate which helps stimulate endorphin in the brain that generates feelings of pleasure and sense of well being. The satisfaction you had while eating will help ease out the tensions in your mind.

Take a body massage, this will not only relax your body and mind and loosen out stress but it can also have a good effects to your health in general pressure points in our body that are interconnected to different parts internally it may cure or prevent diseases also

Lastly, talk to a person you really trust about your stress. open it up by discussing about the stress but not concentrate mainly on negative things or bad effects about it, Focus on how can you cope it out and make a solution out of it learn to accept advice to persons that really care for you.
