Tito Villanova, the former Barcelona’s coach dies

 Tito Villanova former coach of Barcelona who had suffered head cancer since a year has died at the age of 45.

Tito Villanova before 13-2012 seasons and after the separation of Pep Gvarduola was assigned as Barcelona’s coach. Before that he was selected as assistant to Gvarduola.

He had struggled for years with the disease and was resigned in July 2012 due to relapse again from his position. Villanova in November 2011 to remove a cancerous tumor from his throat has done surgery, but was back in December 2012.

FC Barcelona also in a statement asks forgiveness for Tito Villanova saying that the club members are in "deep mourning".

Villanova in March 2013 returned to his work and scored championship for Barcelona in La Liga.

But after a while it became clear Villanova to treat salivary gland cancer that was diagnosed a year earlier and seemed to be treated, separated from the team. After his second surgery in December 2012 he has moved to New York for a period of 10 weeks of chemotherapy and radiation therapy.
