Walk towards health

Walking is good for our health. we should walk daily to improve our blood circulation and also reduce the excess fat in our bodies. 

Walking also makes us feel good and more fresh even though people may think that they will become tired.

Make it a point to get down two stops before your work place and walk. It helps you to reduce weight without paying to reduce by using a gym or magic formula which by the way does more harm than good. 

Use a watch to remind yourself that half an hour is good enough. You can increase timings if you like. 

If you want a partner, ask your neighbor or family member to accompany you. 

Never break the routine because it can do wonders. 

Try doing it for charity so then you will be including a good cause also.
