A recent photo of an emaciated polar bear has gone viral online.
The photo, taken by a German photographer, Kerstin Langenberger, shows the sunken, haggard, polar bear standing alone on a sheet of floating ice.
It immediately triggered a wave of discussions online. Many asked what has happened tothis poor polar bear; others suspect this has something to do with global warming.
