Explaining Wicca to people is like talking to a brick wall. It's impossible. Let me explain what I am talking about:

I am in the process of writing a book. It's about myself as being a High Priestess, Wiccan and a spiritual adviser. The book also contains some of my blog writing's. My book is through wattpad.com. Anyway, I was browsing briefly through other people's books and I came across a Wiccan book. I clicked on it and immediately noticed that the author had mixed the Wiccan Rede with the Three-Fold Law. I had also noticed that she had said that she had been practicing Wicca for a while. Unable to deal with the fact that she had two major errors, I decided to correct her on her errors. I told her that she mixed the Wiccan Rede in with the Three-Fold Law. Then I told her the correct Rede and the correct Three-Fold Law followed by the fact that she is not Wiccan until she understands the differences. I also had to tell her that she has a lot to learn yet before she even calls herself a Wiccan. 

On average, it takes 1 year and a day to complete Wicca training to be called a Wiccan and to be a High Priestess or High Priest ( if that is something one prefers to do). 

Then on Facebook, someone kept posting about God and Jesus Christ. That's great. But, that's YOUR religion. NOT mine. So, the person said that she is sick and tired of those who do not preach the word of God friending her. She also said that she shutting down her Facebook account and starting a new one and that only Christians and followers of God can friend her. I told her that not everyone is Christian, like myself. I told her that I am Wiccan and that she would have nothing to worry about because I won't friend her on her new account. She told me that I needed to read the bible and that God was the only way. I told her to shove her bible up her ass and that she is in no position to telling me what to do. I reminded her again that I was Wiccan and that Wiccan's do NOT read the bible. I then unfriended and blocked her.

So, basically, here it is:

1. Research the religion you intend on practicing. You will learn a great deal if you just learn to research. In this case, research Wicca. Do NOT assume you know what it is and do NOT think you are already Wiccan if you haven't gone through the year and a day process.

2. Do NOT tell me to read the bible because you are NOT going to like where I tell you to stick it.
