Why I Love Behind the Scenes

Posted on at

I really enjoy behind the scenes and filming them. I find them a challenge to capture a film shoot, make it interesting and keep a non-filmmaking audience engaged as well.

Ultimately I see the behind the scenes as a short film in itself, a marketing tool for the main film yes but also a short that could work without accompanying the actual film.

I enjoy the nature of behind the scenes and showing an audience things they typically do not see in the final output - an insight into the hard work that filmmaking is.

Below is my latest, favourite and most challenging behind the scenes film I have shot - due to weather and constant filming.

Some other behind the scenes I have done are featured below :

What do you think about behind the scenes on films? Do you like filming or watching them?
