The series stars a lonely man named Alex is suddenly transported to a mysterious world populated by Androids. Marked for the crime of simply being human, Alex is on the run in this new world from the get go. He'll make amazing allies, endure grueling training, all in the hopes of unraveling the mystery of his arrival and the hope of his being able to return home.
