DESCRIPTION

A film student videotapes a rogue Garrison Commander as he commits the act of murder against one of his colleagues. As she runs for her life, the tape falls into the hands of one of her peers, a military-obsessed high school boy who knows the ins, outs and ways around dealing with the military. Escalation after escalation builds to the point when their little island town is quarantined by the Coast Guard and the perpetrator has to come face to face with his young foe.
