Jeffrey Berman, a partner at Etico Capital with more than 25 years experience in the investment banking sector, updates us on the Pipe Industry and discusses the types transactions he has recently managed, the criteria investors use to decide where to invest, his relationship with Etico Capital, and the state of the reverse merger market today.

Jeffrey Berman has overseen capital raises for small cap companies throughout his career, having raised over $1 Billion for micro-cap and “nano”-cap companies principally in the healthcare and technology sectors. Jeffrey was recently head of Investment Banking for Olympus Securities, LLC. He previously served as Senior Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking at Gruntal & Co., LLC where he was Board Member as well as a member of the Capital Commitment Committee and was a Principal and Head of Investment Banking at Hampshire Securities.

Jeffrey has a BS from The American University and an MBA from NYU Graduate School of Business.
