In this film, Fereshteh Forough of Women's Annex talks with Jon Pastor of Community Elf on sustainable philanthropy and keyword strategy.

Fereshteh Forough is a founding partner of the Afghan Citadel Software Company (ACSC) and the director of the company's Herat branch.Currently she is working as the Central and South Asia Liaison for Citadel of New York and Film Annex based in New York City. She is the main writer for An Afghan Perspective on 60 Minutes page in Film Annex. She is responsible for Women's Annex and Afghan Development Platforms.

Jon Pastor is the founder and CEO of two Pittsburgh-based start-up companies, Rent Jungle and http://www.CommunityElf.com. As the first ever search engine for apartment listings, Rent Jungle aggregates listings from over 12,000 property management websites and displays them in an easy-to-use interface. Community Elf is a social media marketing firm offering the creation, customization, management and promotion of social media profiles for businesses.

Before starting these companies, Pastor worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, leading consulting teams to help clients resolve their most important strategic issues and significantly improve their operating results. He also served as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, as well as a Supply Chain Performance Manager at Microsoft Xbox and an Online Sales and Operations summer MBA intern at Google. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School in 2006 and his BA in Chemistry and Economics from Case Western Reserve University in 2000.
