DESCRIPTION

Jimmy and Mark jump a quick train to Peekskill, New York, just 50 minutes north of NYC on the Metro North.  In this lovely, historic burg a phoenix has risen from the ashes of a historic name: The Birdsall House.  With much sweat and ingenuity, Tim Reinke and John Sharp have brought this place back to this community with great locally sourced foods and a beer list that would knock George Washington’s knickers off.  Well worth the trip.  Head to Peekskill, folks!  Enjoy.
