Goharshad Begum high school established in 1961, it is one of the largest female schools in Herat, Afghanistan. It has 9000 students and 254 teachers in three shifts, the students attend the classes in rotations. Goharshad has 4 building and one under construction.

Film Annex and Citadel are building an INTERNET classroom at Goharshad high school in September, 2013 with all the facilities.
