Detecting fraud, optimizing logistics, conducting research, composing art, providing translation: these are just some example of the things artificial intelligence (AI) can help us with. There is no doubt that intelligent machine systems are transforming our lives for the better by providing us with faster services and helping us automate tedious jobs at work - thus, giving us a more efficient and richer world.

Tech giants like Amazon, Alphabet, Facebook, Microsoft, and IBM are no strangers to AI. Some of them may have shunned it before - eherm! Facebook, I'm looking at you! - but have now changed their minds about AI's importance in the age of information technology. Even Elon Musk and Stephen Hawking are firm believers about the many untapped potential benefits of AI for humans.

However, like any other new technology, AI is being received with much apprehension - even after such stellar endorsements from big names. Of course, it's an emerging technology - a new frontier for the IT industry - and not everyone is convinced that AI is not evil. AI is an amazing advancement in technology but should be used ethically and responsibly. With great power comes great responsibility, after all. So, what are the possible issues of AI? AI was created for the benefit of human beings. however, if handled incorrectly, can cause more harm than good. So, I guess the moral dilemma here is how are we going to incorporate this to our daily lives without causing harm to others?
