In this article, I have written about the best foods which are really best for your healthy skin. All the time we are worried about our skin and we are applying different cosmetics and products to make it look fresh and healthy. But no remedy is best than a natural remedy which I have found for you and I am pretty sure that the foods written below are going to change your life. ① Walnuts

A walnut is the nut of any tree of the genus Juglans, particularly the Persian or English walnut, Juglans regia. Technically a walnut is the seed of a drupe or drupaceous nut, and thus not a true botanical nut. It is used for food after being processed while green for pickled walnuts or after full ripening for its nutmeat. The walnut is nutrient-dense with protein and essential fatty acids.

Walnuts are very a good source of essential fatty acids which your body cannot make itself. Though walnuts have many characteristics which make them an excellent food for healthy skin but the presence of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Omega-6 fatty acids cause inflammation and omega-3 neutralize it and make the body more neutral which is the cause of healthy skin. Walnuts contain RDI for zinc which is necessary for wound healing and skin repairing. Walnuts also have vitamin C and selenium, antioxidants vitamin E, in addition to 4–5 grams of proteins per ounce.

In short, walnuts are a very good source of vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium, proteins, essential fats and zinc which are the required nutrients for your healthy skin.

② Sunflower Seeds

The sunflower seed is the fruit of the sunflower. There are three types of commonly used sunflower seeds: linoleic (most common), high oleic, and NuSun developed for sunflower oil. Each variety has its own unique levels of monounsaturated, saturated, and polyunsaturated fats.

 Any kind of nuts and seeds are a very good source of nutrients which are really good for healthy skin and sunflower seeds are one of them. Sunflower seeds contain zinc, selenium and proteins. Sunflower seeds also contain Linoleic acid which helps your skin to stay moisturized, flexible and thick. Or in other words, it prevents dry and thin skin as a result of ageing. Sunflower seeds have a great amount of magnesium which is essential for our health and its deficiency can cause different health problems.

③ Fatty Fish

 Fatty Fish or oily fish have oil in their tissues and in the belly cavity around the gut. Their fillets contain up to 30% oil, although this figure varies both within and between species. Examples include small forage fish, such as sardines, herring and anchovies, and other larger pelagic fish, such as salmon,trout, tuna and mackerel

Fish always has been a source of nutrients for human health in different ways. Fatty fish like salmon is a good source of nutrients for healthy skin. Fatty fish is also known as oily fish. It contains oil which helps in internal moisturization of your skin and prevents your skin from inflammation.

Fatty fish is also a great source of vitamin E, zinc and high-quality proteins. It also helps in the production of new cells and increases the skin health. Omega-3 fatty acids present in fatty fish helps to maintain thick and moisturized skin. The absence of omega-3 fatty acids can cause dry skin. Thus, fatty fish is a good food for healthy skin.

④ Sweet Potatoes 

The sweet potato is a dicotyledonous plant that belongs to the bindweed or morning glory family, Convolvulaceae. Its large, starchy, sweet-tasting, tuberous roots are a root vegetable. The young leaves and shoots are sometimes eaten as greens.

Cocoa has impressive effects on human skin because it prevents the skin from sunburn. If there are wrinkles on anyone's skin then dark chocolate can be the solution to reduce those wrinkles. It also makes the skin thick and improves the hydration of the skin.
