Turmeric, this wonderful spice must be one of the most beneficial health supplement known to man. This common herb can be called the "Queen of the spices" as well as being called the "Golden spice". It contains many healthy nutrients and can be used to treat a wide variety of health problems.
But what is turmeric? In my previous post, I gave a brief description of what turmeric is, the many ways it can be used as well as a brief summary of its possible health benefits and side effects.

In some texts found by researchers, turmeric has been used by ancient people as medicine for digestive disorders due to eating spoiled food, liver problems, and as skin tonics.
