Meat 1 kg.
Yogurt 1 kg.
fenugreek (methi) 2 tablespoon,
Aniseed ( soonf) 2 tablespoon,
Black seeds ( kalonji),
Green chillie ,
Onion 7 to 8,
Heat up cooking oil and put cut onion slices and fry till its color become brown.
Now put meat with garlic ,ginger, salt ,red peper and garam masla then cook it .
After it put yogurt, aniseed, fenugreek, black seeds, and cook it till meat become soft.
Before ten minutes of preparing put green chilies .and then cover it cook ten to 15 mints on slow fire...
