Anime Shows to Watch for the Month of Love

Posted on at

February is the month of love. The 14th day of the month, also known as "Valentine's Day", is celebrated especially by couples. Nowadays, the Valentine's Day and the love month is no longer exclusive for couples but is also meant for singles, brokenhearted, hopeless romantic, etc. No matter what your status of relationship is, you are welcome to celebrate the month of love.

People wear color-coded shirts to represent their current relationship status while some businesses like fast food chains categorize each of their cashier lane with different relationship status and customers can have fun falling in line when ordering their food.

There are many ways to celebrate Valentine's Day. For anime fans like me, one fun way of celebrating the occasion is by doing an anime marathon with romance theme. (Anime is the Japanese version of the Western animation called cartoon.) Of course, watching anime on Valentine's Day is most likely done by anime fans who are single. If you are in a relationship, then go out and celebrate with your partner! Anime can wait. Ha ha!

Wait. Anime for Valentine's? Yes, my friend! Anime isn't just about action and super heroes. One Piece? Naruto? Gintama? Perhaps, Dragon Ball Z? These are just the mainstream anime. In fact, there is a plethora of anime genres you can choose from, and the romance genre is one of them. This genre is a very popular category as well.

For this blog, I will be sharing to you some good anime you may want to try watching this love month. I am currently not updated with the latest anime shows since it's been a year when I last watched anime. But I definitely know a couple of romantic anime shows. You can go to my C-blog below to see the list I've made!

You may not have a special someone to spend Valentine's Day with, always remember that you have your family, friends, and even pets to pour your love to. You can even watch the anime I've listed for you to feel the spirit of Valentine's on a different and entertaining way. Remember, being single is not lonely. You get to spend the night at your home in your pajamas and avoid spending for an expensive dinner.
