Another Lotto Millioner

The Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Saturday produced another multimillionaire, a bettor who placed a bet in Borongan, Eastern Samar, and won Lotto 6/42's R23,683,664 jackpot.

Information from the PCSO said the lucky bettor won the jackpot with a "quick pick" or "lucky pick" bet, meaning bettor lets the lotto computer chose the bet combination.

The move worked, with the numbers - 02-10-13-26-27-41 - matching the winning combination of 6/42, 27-13-10-26-02-41.

The PCSO said the bettor bought the ticket from a Lotto outlet in Borongan.

So far, the PCSO has yielded nine Lotto multimillionaires between January to February 13 this year, according to PCSO Senior Assistant General Manager Conrado Zabella, head of Gaming, Product Development and Marketing Sector.

Zabella said combined paid out for the nine Lotto jackpot winners has comes to a total of R487,018, 340.

The biggest winner during the period was for Super Lotto 6/49's P160-million jackpot drawn last January 11. It was won by a lucky punter in Nueva Ecija.

Bagging this year’s second biggest jackpot within the same period was a bettor from Catarman, Samar, who won the Grand Lotto’s 6/55's R149 million drawn on February 2
