Apple is very healthy and banana is very effective for digestion of food. In summer season everyone wants a healthy and cold shake. So this is very easy to make and delicious to drink, try this at home and enjoy,,,,

 

INGREDIENTS

  • Apple                                    1 cup
  • Banana ripe                         2-3
  • Milk                                      1 glass
  • Water                                  half glass
  • Sugar                                  2 tablespoons
  • Ice                                       4-5 cubes

 

METHOD

  • Peel banana and apple and cut into small pieces.
  • Beat in mixer with milk water sugar and ice.
  • Beat it well.
  • Pour into glasses and serve cold.
