BANANA CUTLET BURGERS

INGREDIENTS
½ pineapple
Bread crumbs to coat the cutlets
2 - 3 tbsp oil to shallow fry the cutlets
4 mini burgers
For banana cutlet
3 raw bananas
3 boiled potatoes
1 green apple
4 green chillies
2 - 3 springs coriander
½ tsp raw mango powder
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper to taste
1 tsp bread crumbs
For cabbage salad
½ cup mayonnaise
1 cup chopped green cabbage
1 cup chopped red cabbage
Crushed black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
For garnish
4 cherry tomato skewers

PROCESS

To prepare banana cutlet remove the peels of the raw bananas.
In a bowl grate the peeled raw bananas, boiled potatoes and green apple.
Finely chop green chillies and coriander and add to the fruit mixture.
Add raw mango powder, salt, crushed black pepper and bread crumbs.
To prepare cabbage salad in a bowl add mayonnaise, chopped green and red cabbage, crushed black pepper, salt, oil and mix well. Slice the pineapples.
Make tikkis of the fruit mixture and coat them with the bread crumbs.
On a pan heat oil and shallow fry the prepared tikkis until golden brown and remove them on a tissue paper.
Roast pineapple slices and the mini burgers on the same pan.
On a plate, place the burger bun bottom. Place cabbage salad on this. Then keep the prepared banana cutlet, place the roasted pineapple slices and place the burger bun top.
Decorate with pineapple slice and with the cherry tomato skewers.
