Lemon is the actually a citrus fruit. It uses in the world for multipurpose. It is a sour in taste because the presence of 8% citrus acid. It is the smallest citrus fruit. The lemon doesn’t contain fats and free from cholesterol. It is a source of vitamin C .Vitamin C helps the human body develop resistance against infection agents. Lemon contains Iron, Calcium, Copper and Potassium. Potassium is important components that control the heart rate and blood pressure. It provides 20 calories. It acts as antibacterial,antiviral,anticancer and boost the immune system.The lemon skin didn’t throw away because it is a rich source of potassium ,dietary fibre,Vitamin A and C , Beta carotene, iron and calcium. We can use a lemon skin by adding in dessert,drinks and foods.
