I love ginger, the smell and the taste. Besides it's taste and smell I love it because it have many health and beauty benefits. if you don't have craving for food eat some ginger before meal and it will help you increase your appetite. It also help in digesting your food. If you have sore throat bite ginger along with honey. Drink ginger tea when you have sore throat. It will reduce the pain and it is very good for relieving your sore throat. I also use it to spice up my cooking. Always have ginger in your kitchen.
