Berry Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 cup melted dark chocolate
  • 4 cup wiped cream
  • 2 cup chopped rasberries
  • 1/2 icing sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup coco powder
  • 1/2 cup baking soda
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup milkmaid
  • 1/2 cup soda water

Direction

  1. In a mixing bowl sieve all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, coco powder and icing sugar.
  2. Now in another mixing bowl mix soda water, milk, milkmaid, vanilla essence
  3. Now combine dry ingredients with wet ingredients and ready a dropping batter
  4. bake cake in 180 degree preheated oven for 20 -25 minutes.
  5. While ready set aside to get cool.
  6. Now in mixing bowl mix wiped cream and berries.
  7. Cut the cake in round into two equal parts;
  8. First take slice and on top spread first melted chocolate then wiped cream and put another slice on first slice.
  9. Then spread wiped cream over the cake evenly then spread chocolate.
