Items in the shop would only be attractive to me if there's a corresponding plus buzz points included when buying it.
I had bought one pair of high heels which somehow fits to my previous outfit however, the buzz points were not added to my account.
I had reported this to bitlanders' customer service and viola! The response was given in less then 3 hours.
I stated the issue and the solution was given just as fast as the response was.Here's the email I have received from bitlanders today.
Customer service is indeed a priority for them.
